His background includes senior executive positions with the Boston Consulting Group, FleishmanHillard, the Hawthorn Group, the State of California, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and Members of Congress.
Earlier in his career he worked as a reporter and editor for newspapers in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas, and for Congress Today magazine. He is a journalism graduate of Southern Methodist University and completed graduate coursework in marketing at Johns Hopkins University.
